Anthony Portigliatti

Professor Dr. Anthony B. Portigliatti is an educator, entrepreneur, investor, real estate developer, and international speaker whose work spans education, leadership development, human behavior, and business.

Holding doctoral degrees in Business Administration and Education, Dr. Portigliatti has dedicated his career to developing leaders, executives, professionals, and students through teaching, mentoring, and organizational leadership. He is also an international speaker in the areas of Human Behavior, Communication, Marketing, Diversity, and Leadership Development.

Dr. Portigliatti currently serves as Chancellor and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Florida Christian University. Previously, he served as President of the institution from 1999 to 2017, leading a period of significant academic growth and international expansion. Under his leadership, Florida Theological Seminary became Florida Christian University, broadening its educational reach and impact in leadership development across multiple fields of study.

Beyond higher education, Dr. Portigliatti is the founder and leader of organizations focused on leadership development, senior living, real estate, and business. Among them are Excellence Senior Living, SOAR Global Institute, and the American Coaching and Mentoring Association (A.C.M.A.), reflecting his commitment to developing people, organizations, and communities.
